A number of local hobby shops provide significant discounts to the 495th R/C Squadron, Inc. for the purchase of raffle items for the monthly meetings. In many cases, these same businesses have sponsored, or subsidized, Club events, like the annual September Picnic, or Helicopter Fun Fly.
