Club Auction – Mar. 21st, 2026

New Auction Date: Mar. 21, 2026!

On Saturday, Mar. 21st, 2026, the 495th R/C Squadron, Inc is pleased to announce that we will be hosting a club auction for R/C and hobby related merchandise. Open to all members and guests and friends, auction setup and viewing will begin at 10:30AM,  with the actual auction starting promptly at 12 noon.

The auction will will take place at the Tewksbury Congregational Church, 10 East Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876 from 10:30AM until 3PM.

Auction Schedule
Setup & Viewing: 10:30AM until 12 noon
Auction: 12 noon until 3PM

General Auction Rules

• Seller pays 10% of final sale price to the club.
• Buyer picks up item immediately after winning the bid.
• Seller provides all item descriptions (name, item description, minimum price, etc.).
• Seller may reclaim item(s) if not sold.
• All Auctioneer decisions are final!
• Bring a table to sell your small items (<$20) with 10% of sales going to the club.
• No ‘side deals’ please!

Admission to the auction hall is $3, which includes one free merchandise raffle ticket. We will also be holding a 50/50 cash raffle to be drawn at the end of the event. You do not need to be present to win either raffle.

The auction hall kitchen will be open, and we will be serving coffee and donuts,  as well as hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and soda for lunch.
