495th R/C Squadron, Inc. – Scale Fun Fly
On Saturday, July 11th, 2026, the 495th R/C Squadron, Inc., a radio controlled model club based in Tewksbury, MA, will host an informal Scale Fun Fly at the John A. Ogonowski Memorial Flying Field. This event will feature scale model aircraft of all types, so dust off those Cub’s, Gee Bee’s, and Cherokees! This fun event is open to all AMA members (proof is required for pilots!), and promises to be a fun-filled and exciting day for all! A FREE barbecue lunch consisting of hamburgers and hot dogs will be served to all attendees at 12 noon. The Scale Fun Fly will be held from 10AM until 3:00PM.
